My classes are taught from the BJJ Lab Zurich! We practice on Tatami Mats, perfect for safe experimentation with challenging poses but feel free to bring your own mat.

The entrance is a small grey door on the left side of the building (facing the construction site). After you enter the building, walk up two flights of stairs following the BJJ Lab signs (the yoga room is within the BJJ Lab), and then enter the BJJ Lab and I'll be waiting for you there!
